1. Who we are

ElevatorPitch.com (“ElevatorPitch,” “we,” “us”) provides AI-simulated investor panel feedback on startup pitches. This policy describes how we handle information when you use elevatorpitch.com.

2. Information we collect

• —Account data — email, display name, and authentication identifiers via Supabase Auth.
• —Pitch content — text you paste, deck files you upload, and audio you record for transcription. Decks and audio are stored in private Supabase Storage buckets.
• —Generated reports— panel scores, verdicts, Q&A, and slide rewrites produced for your sessions.
• —Payment data — processed by Stripe; we store Stripe customer IDs and purchase metadata, not full card numbers.
• —Usage data — IP-derived teaser rate limits, session timestamps, and standard server logs (redacted where possible).

3. How we use information

We use your data to run roast sessions, manage credits, process payments, generate share links you request, prevent abuse, and improve reliability. We send OpenAI your pitch content to produce panel feedback. We do not sell your pitch text to third parties.

4. AI processing

Panel feedback is generated by large language models and is simulated practice — not investment advice, not a prediction of how a real investor will behave, and not a guarantee of funding outcomes.

5. Sharing & retention

Reports are private unless you create a share link. You can revoke share links at any time. We retain account and session data while your account is active. You may request deletion by emailing support@elevatorpitch.com.

6. Security

Row-level security isolates your projects in the elevatorpitch database schema. Storage paths are scoped per user. Service-role access is limited to server-side operations.
